Quiet Note December-2025

Welcome to my Quiet Note

In this space, where calm moments meet inspiration, my hope is that these notes bring you a sense of peace, thoughtful reflection, and a gentle reminder to find beauty in the quiet.

Lovely Words

Worry and Joy cannot coexist.

Lately, in so many conversations, I’m hearing a common theme… we’re all so busy.

December has a way of filling itself, doesn’t it? The gatherings, the concerts, the meals to plan, the gifts to wrap…each one meaningful, yet somehow overwhelming when held all at once.

And still, every piece of it matters when it’s done with love. These small acts, these preparations, are part of the way we ready our hearts for Christmas. It doesn’t all have to be perfect. It doesn’t even have to be finished. It will all come together, it always does.

But woven through the bustle, we’re invited to something deeper.

to pause.
to breathe.
to let the quiet settle for a moment.

In that stillness, we remember why we do any of this at all: the coming of the greatest gift ever given… a baby lying in a manger in Bethlehem. The miracle that reshaped everything.

As we move through this beautiful, busy month, may we gently make space for the waiting… the wonder… and the hope that Christmas brings.

with love and gratitude,

Loralie

Just one more thing…
Where might you make space for stillness this Christmas?
