Hello dear friend,

I am sitting in my creative space as I begin to write this note to you.

There’s a cup of coffee resting just to my left. Not just any cup, but a beautiful mug my daughter recently gifted me. It has a soft white, floral textured surface with a monogram “L” on each side, surrounded by delicate watercolor stems that seem to gently embrace the letter. It is simple, yet so stunning.

The inside of the mug is a solid blue—just a little deeper than the color of my daughter’s eyes. And truly, every time I hold it, I can’t help but smile.

As I sit here, turning it slightly in my hands, a thought came to me… somewhere, a creative soul designed this mug. They will never know the impact their work has had on my heart.

And that thought led me to another—the ripple effect.

Every word we speak, every action we take, every prayer we offer… it all reaches farther than we can see. Someone, somewhere, is touched by it—whether in small ways or lasting ones.

It feels both humbling and beautiful, doesn’t it? That we have the ability to touch a life we may never even know.

I have been the recipient of many beautiful ripples in my own life… and I wish the same for you.

And as for my mug, I think the “L” might just stand for Love.
